At KINDSNOUT, we aim to provide a gentle, transparent, and reliable delivery experience for you and your pet. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Where We Deliver

We currently provide shipping exclusively to the United Kingdom (excluding British Forces Post Office / BFPO addresses due to carrier restrictions on battery-operated products). Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Channel Islands, and other remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times.

2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Your order will be carefully packed and processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
  • Order Notifications: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Once your parcel has departed our facility, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.

3. Dispatch Origin & Delivery Timeframes

  • Dispatch Origin: All orders are proudly dispatched directly from our UK fulfillment center in Birmingham (Wood Lane, Erdington).
  • Local Courier Network: We partner with trusted UK domestic courier networks—primarily Royal Mail—to ensure your package is handled with care and delivered safely to your door.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Standard Tracked Parcels: Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Disclaimer: These timeframes are honest, realistic estimates based on our current operational data. While we make every effort to deliver on time, uncontrollable events such as severe weather, postal strikes, or peak holiday backlogs may occasionally cause a few days of delay. We actively monitor all shipments and will proactively notify you of any significant issues.

4. No Customs Duties & Taxes

All prices displayed on KINDSNOUT are in British Pounds (GBP) and are fully inclusive of UK VAT.

Since our inventory is stored and dispatched within the United Kingdom, there are absolutely no customs duties, import taxes, or unexpected international handling fees upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking Activation: Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update for the first time after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
  • Stalled Tracking: If your tracking link has not shown any updates for 5 consecutive business days, please contact us at support@kindsnout.com so we can launch an immediate investigation with Royal Mail.

6. Shipping Fees

We are proud to offer Free UK Tracked & Insured Delivery on all orders across our store, with no minimum purchase required. What you see is what you pay—no hidden shipping costs at checkout.

7. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • Address Corrections: Please contact us immediately if you need to amend your shipping address. We can only make changes if your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. We are unable to redirect or cancel orders once they have been dispatched.
  • Failed Delivery: If a parcel is returned to our facility because it was unclaimed, refused, or because an incorrect address was provided, we can arrange for reshipment. However, you may be responsible for the additional postage costs.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your parcel, please contact us at support@kindsnout.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item/packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund for you.

9. Returns & Refunds

We offer a generous 30-day return window in line with our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.

  • How to Return: Please email support@kindsnout.com first to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Once authorised, we will provide you with the address of our UK returns facility.
  • Hygiene Exception: For health and hygiene reasons, grooming tools and accessories that come into direct contact with pet skin cannot be returned if the protective hygiene seal is broken, unless the item is faulty.

10. Holidays & Peak Seasons

During peak promotional periods, major UK holidays, or unforeseen events, please allow a few additional days for order dispatch and transit. We will always communicate any potential delays proactively on our homepage and via email.
