How can I ask about an item or my order?
Email support@kindsnout.com. For an existing order, include your order number and the email used at checkout.
Where can I find sizes and materials?
Check the information on the item’s product page. For garden stakes, look for whether a measurement includes the part that goes into the soil. Styled photographs are not a scale reference.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.Please see our delivery information for current preparation times, delivery estimates and charges.
If you need an item for a particular date, email support@kindsnout.com before ordering.
How do I track an order?
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email. If it is missing or you need help, contact us with your order number.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Please email us with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging so we can help.
How do I arrange a return?
Email support@kindsnout.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Once your return is confirmed, we will email the return address and instructions for your order.
