At Kindsnout, we want you to be completely satisfied with your memorial.

Personalised Items

Due to the nature of hand-stamped personalisation, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on The Guardian Stake or any custom-ordered piece unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Personalised Items

We offer a 30-day return policy for non-personalised items. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@kindsnout.com with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
