Use & Care
- Measure your pet’s neck, mark the position, and CUT ONLY the silicone light tube—avoid cutting near LEDs or the electronics.
- After cutting, reinstall the end cap and pull out the fixed ring to secure the clasp and base tightly.
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not use corrosive cleaners. Keep away from sharp objects.
- Water‑resistant, not submersible. Do not immerse in water.
- Operates best at 0–40 °C (32–104 °F). At ~‑10 °C (14 °F) lithium batteries may not start—warm to room temperature.
- For visibility only—NOT a pull collar or leash. Do not allow pets to chew or tug strongly.
- Low‑battery flash reminder helps you recharge in time.
- Warranty: 30‑day one‑time free replacement for non‑human damage.

My parcel is taking longer than expected. What’s happening?
Most orders arrive in about 9–13 days (processing + transit). Delays can occur due to weather, peak seasons, customs backlogs, or carrier capacity. Don’t hesitate to email us—real people read every message and we’ll chase the carrier for you.
Tracking hasn’t updated for several days. Is it lost?
Not necessarily. Parcels can pass through consolidation hubs where scans are infrequent. If there’s no movement for 5+ days, message us and we’ll investigate and keep you posted.
Tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Please check with household members, neighbours, and safe places first. If still missing, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan— we’ll open a trace with the carrier and support you until it’s resolved.
My item arrived damaged or with a defect—what now?
We’re sorry! Email photos/videos and your order number within 14 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as fast as possible.
