How to Use
- Mixing ratio: 1 part powder : 2 parts warm water. Stir for 2–3 minutes until silky smooth. Target ketchup‑like thickness.
- Feeding frequency: Adults every 2–3 days. Juveniles/breeding females may need slightly higher frequency or an extra insect day per week.
- Portion guide: Start small—about the size of the gecko’s head. Observe 10–15 minutes and top up if needed.
- Rotate with insects: Offer age‑appropriate insects 1–2×/week with light calcium/multi‑vit dusting.
- Leftovers & hygiene: Discard uneaten paste within 24 h and wash the cup.
- Storage: Reseal and keep cool & dry; in hot seasons store in an airtight jar with desiccant.
- Notes: During shed, stress or low appetite, reduce portions and re‑introduce gradually.

Tracking hasn’t updated for several days. Is it lost?
Not necessarily. Parcels can pass through consolidation hubs where scans are infrequent. If there’s no movement for 5+ days, message us and we’ll investigate and keep you posted.
Tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Please check with household members, neighbours, and safe places first. If still missing, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan— we’ll open a trace with the carrier and support you until it’s resolved.
