Returns
- Local Returns: We accept returns at our UK warehouse. You do NOT need to ship items back to China.

I’m not satisfied with my purchase—what should I do?
No worries. Email us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll help with an exchange or refund. Keep the item unused and in its original packaging so the process is quick and smooth.
My parcel is taking longer than expected. What’s happening?
Most orders arrive in about 9–13 days (processing + transit). Delays can occur due to weather, peak seasons, customs backlogs, or carrier capacity. Don’t hesitate to email us—real people read every message and we’ll chase the carrier for you.
Tracking hasn’t updated for several days. Is it lost?
Not necessarily. Parcels can pass through consolidation hubs where scans are infrequent. If there’s no movement for 5+ days, message us and we’ll investigate and keep you posted.
Tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Please check with household members, neighbours, and safe places first. If still missing, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery scan— we’ll open a trace with the carrier and support you until it’s resolved.
My item arrived damaged or with a defect—what now?
We’re sorry! Email photos/videos and your order number within 14 days. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund as fast as possible.
Will I pay extra taxes or duties?
Prices shown include tax where applicable. If anything unusual comes up with your order, we’ll contact you before shipping—no surprises at the door.
Do you deliver to remote regions?
Yes, but it may take longer. Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, and Channel Islands can experience extended transit times.
